Cancellation Policy

We'll happily cancel and refund any orders that haven't been shipped yet, however if a refund is being requested for an item that has already been dispatched, we won't be able to modify or cancel it. If the customer wishes to return the product after it has been delivered, a full refund can be provided for unused items without hesitation. The customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

The user returning the item will pay for the cost of shipping unless a mistake was made on our end. Please email our support team before shipping any items back.
